I'm a UX Designer with skills research, visual design, and development. I believe collaboration and empathy are key for a UX Designer. In the past, I've worked closely with marketing, copywriters, and developers. Working with others gives me the opportunity to apply what I've learned with different people whose skills complement my own.

I design with the end user in mind. Design should never be decorative but always used to enhance usability and improve the user’s experience. Empathizing with the user means putting yourself in someone else's shoes and being able to understand their problems. I believe in basing my designs off UX research and constantly iterating.

I have deep skills in HTML and CSS. I've maintained SCSS style guides so back end developers don't have to worry about typography or colors. I coded responsive components and made sure interactions ran smoothly..
